Our name, Pl’aus, combines Poland (Pl) and Australia (Aus), representing our co-founders Kasia and Heather Kay — two women from opposite sides of the world brought together by a love for hair, creativity, and making people feel amazing.

Meet Our Creative Director KasiaWith a dazzling 30 years of experience in the hair industry, our Creative Director is the mastermind behind the magic at Pl’aus Hair Salon! Known for their jaw-dropping skills in cutting, coloring, and styling, she turn every hair appointment into a fabulous adventure.
When Kasia is not conjuring up stunning looks, you can find her living life to the max—hitting the dance floor at epic parties, soaking up the sun at the beach, or trekking through nature’s playground on a hiking escapade. After spending 15 adventurous years traveling through Europe, Kasia soaked up inspiration from the world’s top international stylists, adding a sprinkle of global flair to every creation.Kasha’s infectious energy and passion for hair make her a beloved figure not just in the salon, but in the community as well.Get ready to experience a whirlwind of creativity and fun—because with our Creative Director, every visit is a celebration of style!
Aimee, our fabulous employee with a passion for hairstyling and a heart full of love! She's got the magic touch when it comes to creating trendy hairstyles that will leave you feeling like a superstar. When she's not transforming hair, you can find her cuddling up with her boyfriend and their adorable dogs, spreading love all around. And if you're in the mood for a good chat, Aimee is always ready to brighten your day with her infectious laughter and witty conversations. Meet Indi
Indi is a proud Australian talent from Sydney and a wonderful young mum who brings warmth, positivity, and creativity into the salon every day. She’s happy, easygoing, and loves a good chat, making every client feel relaxed and comfortable in her chair. Indi is incredibly talented across all colour services, with styling being her true standout skill. She has a natural eye for creating beautiful, effortless hairstyles that suit each client perfectly. While she loves spending time with her family and embracing motherhood, she also enjoys working in the salon and expressing her creativity through hair. Laid-back, friendly, and highly skilled, Indi creates an experience that feels both professional and personal — perfect for clients who want great hair in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Meet Gosia
Originally from Poland, Gosia is an exceptionally talented stylist with an extraordinary eye for detail. She truly shines in up-styling, all types of colour work, and perms — but her styling skills are something special. Honestly, some of the best styling we’ve seen in Australia. Gosia is currently improving her English, but her talent speaks louder than words. Her hairdressing skills are far from ordinary — every appointment comes with creativity, precision, and a few beautiful surprises along the way. Clients consistently appreciate her flawless haircuts, meticulous attention to detail, and the care she puts into every look she creates. Meet Teleah
Teleah is our incredibly talented second-year apprentice who is progressing at an amazing pace. She is currently offering all colour services, including balayage and foils, as well as beautiful blowouts. Teleah has also begun her journey into hair cutting and is developing her skills quickly with great attention to detail. To support her continued growth, you can book in with Teleah at 20% off selected services. It’s a perfect opportunity to enjoy great hair while supporting a rising star in our salon. Teleah is friendly, easy to talk to, and always up for a good chat. Sophie is our lovely salon apprentice who has been with us for one year and is now moving into her second year of apprenticeship. She is incredibly sweet, caring, and a joy to have in the salon. Sophie has great communication skills and is very dedicated to learning, already achieving so much in her time with us.She brings a kind, positive energy every day — her smile truly lights up the salon. Sophie is now available for booking for styling services and will impress you with her passion and growing talent. If you’d love to support a young, upcoming stylist, Sophie is ready to look after you.
Meet Meromie
Meromie been working with us for the past year as a school-based apprentice and is now stepping into her first year of full apprenticeship — and she’s absolutely smashing it. She already has fantastic knowledge of shampooing, relaxing scalp massages, and client care, with perfect communication skills to match.Meromie is a fast learner, confident with blow-drying, and always eager to improve. She’s also our little “boss in training” — keeping everyone in line and telling us what to do (in the best way 😄). Down-to-earth, dedicated, and naturally talented, we absolutely love having her as part of our team.
Meet Aimee
Aimee is our wonderful salon receptionoist & Salon assistantAimee looks after the front desk and all basin services — including what might just be the best head massage you’ll ever experience. She’s deeply involved in every part of salon life and knows the salon inside out, having grown up around it from a very young age.Full of love, fun, and passion, Aimee brings incredible care to every client interaction. She truly loves looking after our customers and always gives her best. Even though she dreams of becoming an architect one day, we hope she stays with us for a long time — she adds so much value, warmth, and heart to our salon.
